This privacy policy governs your use of the software application LiveToday (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by PAPAFU Limited (“PAPAFU”). The Application is a 24-hour countdown and to-do list app that helps you live true to your purpose every day. It is currently available on iOS and Apple Watch.

This Privacy Policy describes PAPAFU’s practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that we collect from and receive when you use our Services (as defined in our Terms of Service). This Privacy Policy applies only to those features included within our Services and doesn’t apply to any third-party offerings, even if they are accessible through our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

User-Provided Information

We may collect information from you when you register on our website, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, provide details for support request, or provide feedback on our Services.

When ordering or registering on our website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our website anonymously.

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with us.

When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the Application, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Currently, the Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

We utilize Google Analytics to collect automatically collected information on our behalf, and Google has its own privacy governing the use of Log Data collected via the Services, accessible at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Use of Information

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To personalize user experience – helps us deliver content and product offerings of your interest and needs
To improve customer service – helps us better serve and respond to your customer service request and support needs
To process transactions – your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested
To send periodic emails - the email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

to advertisers and third-party advertising networks and analytics companies as described in the section below

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Third-Party Behavioral Ads & Google's AdSense Network

We reserve the right to use anonymous, passive information about your visits to this and other websites (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) for purposes of serving our ads and third-party ads that are targeted to your interests ("Third-Party Behavioral Ads"). We reserve the right to share anonymous, passive information collected on the services with third-parties for purposes of serving Third-Party Behavioral Ads. These Third-Party Behavioral Ads do not identify you personally. Instead, they associate your behavioral data on visited sites with your browser, so that the ads your computer sees on this site are more likely to be relevant to your interests. Third-Party Behavioral Ads require that that you be served with a cookie containing a tracking code. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this site.

We reserve the right to participate in Google's AdSense network for purposes of serving Third-Party Behavioral Ads. Google uses DoubleClick's DART cookie for serving Third-Party Behavioral Ads over the AdSense network. You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie. Advertising on Automatically Collected Data

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the cost of the Application low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third-parties can’t identify you personally. These third-parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non- precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided in order to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email at livetoday@papafu.com.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at livetoday@papafu.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email.
